Return Process

  Ensure all furniture or decor is disassembled and securely repacked in its original box, including all hardware and assembly instructions.

  Schedule a Collection

  Choose a convenient date for our specialized two-man courier service to collect larger furniture items, or drop off smaller parcels at your nearest designated point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
